 OUR PLUSES 

Included in our room rates is the use of a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, mini fridge in the rooms, room cleaning and no fee for the final cleaning of the apartment.

 PRICES

 Per room / studio / apartment occupied by 2/3/4 people - for a minimum of 2 nights in all inclusive:

• electricity , gas, water, heating;
• modern kitchen equipped with all the comfort and dishes (for studios and apartments) bed linen (weekly change), towels and kitchen towels (changed every 3 days);
• minibar, hairdryer, kettle with free tea and coffee, tv, use wii-fi, sports equipment storage , daily cleaning for rooms, studios, apartments, except on Sundays / holidays;
• for the bathrooms and common cleaning 2 times a day morning and evineng;

 

The breakfast, given the new security provisions for covid 19, is never included in the price in any type of accommodation, but there is the possibility to consume it, at choice, in one of the bars / pastry shops located in the square below the B&B, with special agreements.

RULES 

• Smoking Ban: Throughout our structure and 'no smoking;
•  Pets: Pets are not allowed in ns. b & b;
• Bicycles / Windsurfing: windsurfing or bicycles are not allowed in the rooms, you can 'use the free storage located close to the property; 
• Carefully read the rules that you will find on display at the b & b

• check-in: from 17.00 with an upper limit to 21.00 (not to disturb other guests)
• check-out: by 11:00 am on day of departure

REDUCTIONS 

Children in room with two paying adults:

• from 0 to 4 years free 
• from 4 to 14 years 50% of the adult fare with accommodation in a studio / apartment with 2 paying adults

   PAYMENTS
  At the time of booking a deposit will be requested 30% of the total amount and must be paid within 5 days of booking.

The balance must be paid at arrival in cash. We do not take debit/credit cards.

  Following our confirmation, a deposit  is required to secure the booking using of one of the following methods:  

• Bank transfer at the  account  we will sending ;

• Vaglia postale (postal order) made payable to Rottoli Mario via Brazol 11- 38062 Arco Trento 
• Credit cards

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY  

•  no penality till 60 * days before arrival time
•  from 59* up to 30* days before arrival, 1 night's stay will be charged, except in the case of promotional  or non-refundable rates, that is not refundable- 
•  from 29* days to 10* days   50% of the all stay will be charged
•   from 09* days, until the  arrival day , and  NO-SHOW, or early departure will be charged the full amount of the stay.

  PARKING:Free parking is available in several parts of town.( SEE PARKING SECTION IN MENU) Alternatively, you can buy a permit to display on the dashboard that allows parking in all the council-operated car parks.   LAUNDRY: There is a coin-operated launderette in the immediate vicinity. A laundry service can be provided at an extra charge.  WI-FI:Our guests may connect for free to the WI-FI network with their own tablets, laptops and/or smartphones.  MUTUAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH LOCAL SERVICES:It is possible to use an array of services with which we have mutual arrangements such as typical restaurants, agriturismi, wellness centre, car/motorbike hire, bicycle/surf/canoe/sports equipment hire, transfer service from and to the airport/railway or bus station, hire of minibus with a driver for mountain excursions with expert hiking and cycling guides, bus trips to visit the Trentino region, Verona, Venice and the whole of lake Garda.   TOURS AND EXCURSIONS:at our B&B you will find an extensive programme of daily outings with expert guides.
